6 tbsp organic oats

4 tbsp hemp seeds

4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp ground linseeds

250ml almond, soy, or coconut milk

⅓ cup frozen raspberries

⅓ cup frozen blueberries or cherries

2 tsp Haskapa berry powder

Splash of water

2 tbsp yogurt

A handful of extra berries

A light dusting of Haskapa powder

A sprinkle of low-sugar granola for crunch
Bircher Blend (Makes Two Portions)
Berry Soak (Makes Two Portions)

Directions
1. Bircher Blend
Divide the Bircher blend ingredients evenly between two containers.
2. Berry Soak
Blend all the berry soak ingredients with a splash of water until smooth.
Bring it all together
Pour half over each Bircher blend and stir well.
Finally...
Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Cover and store one portion in the fridge for the next day.
Toppings
Before serving, top with yogurt, fresh berries, a dusting of Haskapa, and a sprinkle of granola for crunch.
Recipe Note
Each serving contains approximately 16.5g of protein before toppings. Want an extra protein boost? Add a scoop of protein powder to the berry soak before blending.
