Ingredients

Bread of choice 2- 3 slices

1 tbsp per slice of peanut butter

3 pears peeled and diced

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

30 ml water

4 tbsp yoghurt (dairy or plant-based)

2 tsp Haskapa berry powder
Directions
Firstly, peel, and dice the pears and add to a small pan with the cinnamon, maple and water.Simmer for approx 5 minutes on a medium heat until the pears have softened.

Toast your bread.
In a bowl, swirl berry powder into the yogurt and mix to combine.
Spread peanut butter over the toast, top with the warm pear and dollops of the berry yoghurt.
