Ingredients

30ml Haskapa Juice

150ml coconut milk

4 tbsp oats
-
50g frozen mixed berries

1 tsp honey, or agave syrup

Toasted coconut flakes and barley flakes, to serve

Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and top with coconut and barley flakes, if using.
This smoothie can be made up to 4 hours in advance, and kept covered in the fridge before being consumed.
