A creamy and naturally sweet smoothie that shows off the rich, tangy flavour of Haskapa Juice.

Ingredients

30ml Haskapa Juice

1 tbsp oats

80g natural yoghurt

1 banana, peeled

½ an eating apple, core and pips discarded

30ml water or milk
Directions
Place the Haskapa Juice, oats, yoghurt and banana into a blender.
Cut 3-4 thin slices off the apple and set the slices aside.
Roughly chop the remaining apple and add it to the blender along with the water or milk.
Blitz until the liquid is smooth and creamy, then pour the smoothie into a tall glass and top with apple slices.
The smoothie can be made up to 4 hours in advance, and kept covered in the fridge before being consumed. Alternatively, pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until solid.
