This recipe combines our Haskapa berry powder with kefir, date syrup and mango chunks.
Ingredients

1 ripe mango, skinned and chopped into chunks

200 ml kefir

2-3 tsp Haskapa berry powder
-
100 ml milk
-
1 tsp date syrup or honey (optional)
Directions
Blend the mango chunks with the milk, date syrup, Haskapa and 150ml of kefir
Pour into tall glasses
Carefully stir in the remaining kefir to add a smooth swirl
Enjoy!
