"My fave breakfast when the sunshine is out"
Smoothie ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen berries
- 1 tsp of Haskapa berry powder
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 handful of frozen melon
- 1 dash of coconut milk.
To go on top (optional):
- A drizzle of almond butter
- Frozen raspberries and blueberries
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Flax seeds
- Goji berries
- Mulberries
- Cacao nibs
Method:
- Blitz together all of the ingredients to make the smoothie
- Add your favourite mix of toppings
- Enjoy!
