The glazed pecans can be made in advance, and stored in your pantry. You can also warm this salad up by roasting the tomatoes prior to serving. - 4 cups garden salad
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomato
- 3/4 cup whole pecans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Haskapa Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Haskapa Honeysuckle Dressing*
Add pecans to a small frying pan. Cook on a medium low heat until toasted. Turn heat down to low. Add olive oil and Haskapa Maple Syrup. Stir until pecans are covered. Let cool.
Add mixed greens to a large bowl. Slice cherry tomatoes in half, add to bowl. Pour Haskapa Berry Honeysuckle Dressing over salad as desired. Toss until mixed greens are covered. Sprinkle pecans on top of salad and serve.
